Challenge
AtriCure, Inc. is a leader in developing,
manufacturing and selling innovative
cardiac surgical ablation systems. Atricure
needed a solution that allows their
sales force to use the right content to
drive customer’s buying decisions, but
also supports an approval process for
distribution of sensitive documents.
Solution
In less than 30 days, the Prolifiq
application was live and the sales force
trained and ready to send messages from
their Blackberry® device or desktop. A custom
compliance module was built to ensure
messages containing sensitive content are
automatically routed for approval before
release. All others are immediately sent.
Result
Now, a sales representative can call up an
appropriate email template at any stage
in the sales process, and have immediate
access to the perfect content for their
customer.
